movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.

Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

 

BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such

as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike,

punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

 

BodyJam is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun

as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend,

get front and centre and get high on the feeling of dance.

 

Spinning is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring

team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

 

Musculation Classes These classes are aimed at improving muscle tone and overall body strength.

 

Taille/Abdos/Fessiers is great for strengthening and toning specific parts of your body and is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major

muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors

and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

Body Sculpt is a fat-burning, body shaping class to improve muscle strength, tone and shape. Optional use of equipment.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Stretch is Mind/Body Classes These classes are perfect for people who are looking for a more holistic approach to fitness

and who like a meditative element in their exercise regime.

 

Pilates is for muscle tone, increased strength and flexibility and improved overall mobility and precision at which you move.

Pilates will give you more of a holistic result than most other exercises regimes. It will make you focus on your breathing

which is great for improving circulation and relieving stress. It's a fantastic way to balance out your health and wellbeing.

 

Yoga improves posture, increases the intake of oxygen, and enhances the functioning of the respiratory, digestive, endocrine,

reproductive, and elimination systems. Its effects on the emotions are equally beneficial: calming the mind, attuning us to the

environment, and diminishing insomnia caused by mental restlessness.
